Enquire about joining the September group

After time in individual therapy, and sometimes alongside it, group work can offer a unique and powerful space for personal growth, awareness and healing. For some people, group work can also become a gentle stepping stone into individual therapy.

Working in a group offers the opportunity to explore yourself in relationship with others, within a space that is carefully held, respectful and contained. It can help us notice familiar patterns, deepen self-awareness, and experience the impact of being seen, heard and met in a shared setting.

These Gestalt therapy groups are for adults interested in reflective, relational group work and ongoing personal development within a supportive and thoughtfully held environment.

You don’t need to feel ready or certain yet, curiosity is enough.
