After time in individual therapy, and sometimes alongside it, group work can offer a unique and powerful space for personal growth and healing. For some people, group work also becomes a gentle stepping stone into individual therapy.
Group work provides a supportive and collaborative environment in which participants can share their experiences, gain insights from others, and receive thoughtful peer support. Working in a group allows us to notice how we relate to others in real time, within a space that is carefully held, respectful and contained. This often fosters a sense of connection, shared understanding and collective learning.
These groups are for adults interested in reflective, relational group work and ongoing personal development within a supportive and thoughtfully held group setting.
If you are wondering whether group work might be right for you, you are welcome to get in touch using the contact form. I can share further information and, if helpful, arrange a brief conversation to explore this together.
