After time in individual therapy, and sometimes alongside it, group work can offer a unique and powerful space for personal growth, awareness and healing. For some people, group work can also become a gentle stepping stone into individual therapy.
Working in a group offers the opportunity to explore yourself in relationship with others, within a space that is carefully held, respectful and contained. It can help us notice familiar patterns, deepen self-awareness, and experience the impact of being seen, heard and met in a shared setting.
These groups are for adults interested in reflective, relational group work and ongoing personal development within a supportive and thoughtfully held environment.
If you are wondering whether group work might be right for you or would like information on upcoming groups, you are very welcome to get in touch using the contact form.
I can share further information and, if helpful, arrange a brief conversation to explore this together.
